Telluride to Last Dollar Hut | 13.1 miles | 8,750 ft to 10,980 ft
Not really much of a ride on day 1, only 13.1 miles w/ about 2,000 feet of climbing. In fact the ride was almost all climbing. The hut was sweet though. And we discovered the new CrazyCreek chairs that San Juan Huts added this year - awesome addition. So we spent the night at 10,980 feet - and got a little fire going inside, it was cold up there. And windy.
